  • GET DIRECT TV! So much better service, channel options, and technology. My initial $99 cable, internet, and phone ended up being $143 with hidden fees. Once my 6 month contract went up I received no communication, just a $230+ bill, I canceled immediately with horrible customer service. I am happy to say I will never be a cox customer again.
