| - I have been to Las Vegas over 20 times in my life. My fiancé and I fell in love there, so we like to take trips from LA to Vegas probably about , on average three times a year. We like to stay in a different place each time because all it makes us feel like we are experiencing Vegas for the first time. We had never stayed at the Cosmopolitan, but we always gamble there. It is such an amazing place to stay. If you follow my Yelp reviews, you know that I very rarely dish out five-star reviews, but the Cosmopolitan has earned every star and more. From the moment you step foot in the Cosmopolitan, you can see how much effort has been put into the detail of the overall modern & chic resort. The branding and advertisement is everything. It is SoHo meets Las Vegas, city-chic, smart and stylish vacation property. Anyone who watches an ad will want to stay there. Bravo to their marketing team. It is in a great location on the strip, I would say pretty much the middle of everything so when you walk out you may either take a left or a right and be able to walk without taking a car. Our check-in process was disappointing because when we got there, they were having an issue magnetizing their keys so we went up to our room, our keys didn't work and we had to go back down. When we went back down, they redid our keys and said this may not work either. "We're having a tough day here at the Cosmopolitan." Wasn't exactly what we wanted to hear. Either way, our keys did end up working and it was one of the nicest places I've stayed in Las Vegas. Next to the Wynn. We got a Terrace suite with a balcony view. We got to look down on all three of the pool properties from our room. You can definitely hear the music from 10 AM to 7 PM, but who sleeps in Vegas anyway anyways? We had a great bathroom, with a separate toilet, shower, bathtub, and vanity area. A big closet, kitchen, beautiful balcony view, and a living room and desk area. What more could you want? It was like we were in our own swanky studio apartment. There is a video attached to this review that gives you a mini tour. They had Bigelow bathroom products, which my fiancé and I both love. The spa looked beautiful, I was thinking about doing a day pass - but for $55 it's seemed pretty steep for what little they really had. I believe it's $45 on the weekdays. I'm sure the services are amazing, but they were very expensive. As you would expect at any spa at a resort in Las Vegas. The fitness center was amazing. I did a walk-through but didn't get to work out. Definitely bring your workout clothes because they have a great set up there. We were in the Boulevard tower on the 32nd floor. There's also another Tower as to not get confused. The dining experiences are awesome. There is so much to choose from. Those will all be in separate reviews as well. I had a blast at the pool. We didn't go to the Marquee, but the main pool in the Boulevard tower was amazing. Best drink menu I've seen in a long time. We had such a blast, there. They have incredible seats that are located inside the pool. There will be many photos to be shown there, as well. I definitely recommend going there. Get the "lovely bunch of coconuts" drink but ask for an extra shot of coconut rum because otherwise it will taste too much like pineapple. The gambling is fun. It is a great environment. The bars are all very chic. To be able to experience the entire cosmopolitan would take you a while. But I would start with the weekend and grow from there. Enjoy! You will not be disappointed.
