The good, the bad and the ugly...
The good: reasonable on rooms ($325 for two nights ) food and entertainment. We went to the spazmatics show in the showroom and used our coupon to get in free. Drinks were $4. The showroom has no dress code. Lots of people in shorts and flip flops while I had on a cocktail dress. The showroom should have some kind of dress code. Drinks by the pool were also reasonable. Lots of kids and families. The pool was very nice and not crowded
The bad: the crowd that comes here seems to be a bit sketchy, maybe they are the locals. Our room AC and security safe did not work. Two days we had to wait around for maintenance to fix these items. Management should have someone inspect the rooms before having people stay. We waisted so much time. The beds are hard and uncomfortable. I love going to hotels in Vegas just because of the super comfortable beds, well not this hotel. The pillows and the mattresses are so hard. The rooms are large and nice.
The ugly: management! We made efforts to talk to managers about the issues were were having and not one could be found. We left messages and no one ever called us back. They don't care about customers. We will never ever return and I would never recommend this place . There are so many other hotels to chose from in Vegas that there's no need to deal with poor management, lots of maintenance issues and uncomfortable beds
As an update management did call back and apologized for the issues we were having. She offered us a late check out and assured us she would discuss out issues with the people who were supposed to handle it. At least we got a call back
