-1 Star for the (new?) management
Not only has there been a high esthetician turnover during the past 4 years of me being a client, I don't appreciate the lack of understanding of clients from the management perspective. I've only cancelled last minute ONCE due to an emergency situation and needed to do so again today. I was still told I would be charged $20 for this, even though I explained my situation. I was not charged the last time this occurred.
I understand policy is policy but believe it or not, management, some of us have last minute emergencies that are out of our control. Some of us are also students that would rather not be charged $20+ for a cancellation fee.
I guess it's time for a change and will take my business where loyal clients are recognized.
