  • Contacted Creepy on Tuesday and they scheduled an appointment for me the next morning at 9:00am. Eric, the owner, came on time and asked a few qualifying questions about our pest problems. Once he understood our issues, he was very efficient and got right to work. He treated every room inside the home and then hit the outside. I had left the spider webs so he could see the bad areas, and after treatment he removed all the webs on my property. When finished he explained all the precautions I should take to minimize my pest problems which saves me money having to call them all the time. I have made the decision to use them on a monthly basis just to keep the critters down to a minimum. Of course I don't know the results yet as this was our first treatment, however I'm confident that if I had issues that he would return to take care of it. I understand bugs don't just die instantly.
