  • I live in Charlotte NC. I called Triangle Pest control on 12/8/14 to inquire about pest control service. It was almost 5 pm. The representative was friendly, answered all my questions, and scheduled a service appointment for the very next day. Brandon, the service technician, called ahead on the day of the appointment to confirm and he arrived right on time. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, informative, and thorough. I am very pleased so far and went ahead and signed up for a year service agreement. I think the cost is fair for the service.
