It's a pretty run down mall with shades of nostalgia. It looks like the regular tiny Chinese strip malls around Scarborough/Agincourt area. It's reminiscent of the ones at Kennedy-Finch, Midland-Sheppard, Midland-McNicoll, Victoria Park-McNicoll, etc. The glory days of these strip malls were probably back in the 90s during the wave of immigration and cheap DVDs available for rent or purchase. Heck, even laser discs were available for rental between the eras of VHS and DVDs. There's the obligatory vacation planner store and a sizable Chinese Buddhist store selling statuettes and ritual supplies. The food court has about 4-5 active fast food restaurants though nothing noteworthy to report. There are public washrooms in the mall in case you are ever in need. Turn right when you enter the mall and it'll be at the end of the hall.
