This is the worst customer service I have ever received. Reserved a car over the phone several days before I needed it. Received a voicemail at 5:57pm the night before I am supposed to pick up my car saying they don't have a car so we will need to push back my rental pick up. Waiting until three minutes before most car rentals close allowed me no time to find another car. I was supposed to pick up the car at 8am the next morning. We go to the shop to try and get it worked out and the woman we dealt with was so rude and unapologetic. Enterprise has always been our go to company for car rentals but I will never deal with this company again.
