  • Been going to Rubios since the chain came to town in the late '90s. It continues to go downhill. The food portions are quite a bit smaller than they used to be and the prices have headed the other direction. The flavors aren't particularly bad, they just aren't much. Rubios is a step above Taco Bell, but the step is getting smaller all the time.
