This is the second time I went to Roza's and I both times got a good manicure. I waited maybe 10 mins in a waiting room with modern furnishings. She took her time and applied multiple thin layers of shellac to make sure it would last on my splitting nails. And it did: shellac started to chip after 19 days. She does speak with an accent but communicates clearly. She is matter-of-fact; so if you're looking for a 'girlfriend' to do your nails look elsewhere; if you want a solid, long-lasting mani, give Roza a try.
