  • i only review joints i love..and i HEART sumos.. their fish is fresh man...i mean like..they have lil crabbys skivvy across the bar just for giggles...the uni is still moving and the chefs are so great.. they remember you.. they drink with you.. they make you special meals and there is ALWAYS a wait..and its worth it..they will serve you complementary edamame while you wait..:) sit at the bar..the tables are not the same..they suck in fact.. (thier new joint in summerlin has a HUGE bar to accommodate that demand.. thier tuna karai is to live for...spicy..fresh and HUGE! ask them whats fresh..let them do their thing..their menu is rediculous..so so many rolls..screaming orgasm and whose your daddy is great.. enjoy..and go with the evening to spare..you might just want to stay and close down shop with them.. i stick with the sushi..
