  • I purchased a shower earlier this month. Long story short there were a few issues. Primarily with communication and customer service. There was also an issue with the part I ordered being put on the shelf as stock and not a private order. The shinning lights threw the ordeal were the, plumbing staff (very knowledgeable of their products), The plumbing manager (sorry forgot his name) and the New Store Manager (Sam Rosa). I ended with a great experience and will be coming back.
