It's my second time there and this lady is always mean with me. She acts like she doesn't care about my dog and just do whatever she wants. The 1st time I booked online. When I was 2 min away I received a called from them to let me know they couldn't accept my dog for a bath because it was to late (at 6pm). I was already there and I asked them if they can't schedule anything after 6, why they have it as an option there? That's dumb. So I had to go back the next day.
Not learning my lesson that time, I decided to give them a second chance and this time I schedule again online but 1 hr before our appointment I had to call to confirm the appointments isn't supposed for them to call me to confirm? Oh well... I arrive on time and that same mean lady was there with another customer. I was there like 5 min and she never greeted me. Finally another staff member came to check my dog in. I think she was new because she was asking questions to the other lady. The appointment was for a bath and I ask if they could cut a little bit of hair on my dog's eyes so she could see. The second lady asked to the mean lady and she said I had to get the full service so they could do that so I was going to pay like $50 instead of $30. Are you kidding me! It was just a little bit of hair that is on my Dog's eyes. Anyway I said no thank you. Just give her a bath and I'll do the rest. I came back for my dog and the lady asked me if I wanted to reschedule for the holidays and I said NO THANK YOU! I'll go somewhere else. Now my doggy has red eyes, maybe because they put a lot of shampoo on her and she is sitting scratching her butt all over the carpet because I think it's itching.
So, please change the staff on the grooming salon if you want keep your clientele happy. But as for me, I rather go to another place. PetSmart at Costwold Village is very nice and the 1st time I was there everybody was nice and happy. It's farther but I'll go back there
