  • I lived here in 2016. I am giving it 1 star strictly based on the office staff - they were great! Very friendly, helpful, and genuine people. However, my living experience was anything but good. I lived in a second floor apartment, and I never understood why it always smelled so badly. Then one day I was going stretches in the living room and noticed the smell was coming from the carpet. The neighbors below me smoked SO much weed/cigarettes, that it was seeping from their ceiling into my floor. It was awful! A man also committed suicide while I lived there. He was in the apartment below me and to the back. I watched the body bag be taken out from my bedroom window. The staff or the corporation never addressed this issue, and simply called hazmat and rented it out the following month. There is a lot of riff-raff that come through the area. Constantly full of sketchy people. I would see police cars almost daily. There are just alot of better options here in Vegas. Spend your hard earned money wisely!
