  • The best sushi in the most unassuming spot. This is, hands down, the best sushi I have had in Concord. Even Charlotte for that matter! My boyfriend and I try to eat here at least a couple times a month. Do yourself a favor and get the fried green tomatoes to start. I promise you, it will knock your socks off. The tomatoes are covered in a cream cheese salmon mix that is out of this world. Your taste buds will thank you. You can't go wrong with any of their sushi rolls. We recently ventured out and gave the hibachi a shot and we were not disappointed. Next time, I'm going to try their yakisoba noodle bowl. If you have the chance to go here, do it. Take your friends here who claim that they don't like sushi. You'll turn them into huge fans!
