The beef here is a cut way above supermarket beef. They are purveyors for hotels and restaurants and let the public in on some of the best beef around. The beef is wet aged and very consistently aged at that. I have been shopping here for years and they have managed to maintain a very consistently great product. This means that the beef always tastes great and is very tender. The Rib eyes and NY strips are excellent, a very close second to dry aged beef costing twice the price. The staff is great as well.
