I called my home warranty company about my gas range not working. I called the office and they were able to fit me in on a day to fit my schedule. I was given a window for my appointment time. I asked if they could do 10am and the appointment ended up being right on time. Dave, my technician showed up right at 10am. He was very thorough and looked over my range for the model number. Several areas of the range were inspected and taken apart to check the wiring and igniters. The inspection was very thorough. It appeared that the range would need a new igniter. Once all of the parts had been put back together and carefully adjusted, the range was working again. I am glad to have a now working range. Dave did a great job on my service call. He even said to call again if there were any future problems with the same burner and they would come out again if needed. So far, no problems. Thanks again.
