Cox is by far the worst provider of anything I have ever delt with.
After 5 hours and being transferred 15 times, I was finally able to get ahold of the right department to cancel my service.
Each department looped me back and fourth without a work order or any knowledge of my problem.
The home life phone number listed in the website doesn't even take you to home life, it re routes you back to the main number. What a scam.
After numerous attempts at cancelation, phone calls, emails, online chat... I was told I had a home life bundle, and only that department was able to cancel my services.
$500 dollars for a cancelation fee later, i can safely say that was the the worst experience with a service I have ever had.
I'm now a happy ATT customer and would never recommend Cox or use any of their services for my business or residential.
