  • Wow! A made an appointment for 4, two to get pedicures and two to get manicures. We arrived and they sat all four of us, but no one ever came to do one of my friend's manicure. She sat there for almost an hour while they kept bringing walk-ins back to do their nails. By the time the rest of us were finished I guess they remembered our friend, because they asked her if she still wanted her manicure. She of course didn't want to make the rest of us wait. No apologies for being ignored for a full hour. The mani/pedis the rest of us got weren't exactly stellar. My friend got a gel manicure and less than a day later it is already chipping! Granted it didn't look that great before it started chipping. One of our friend said her pedicure was fine, but mine was painful and messy. The nails aren't even straight and the nail polish was bumpy. Never going here again. Should have taken all the other reviews seriously. Why doesn't Tempe Marketplace have a decent nail salon?
