  • The good: Great selection for gels The bad: Half hearted attempt at my pedicure Had an appt but still had to wait a bit to get seated They used the dremel type thing on my nails when they had not reason for all that. I have extremely sensitive nails which I repeatedly emphasized, I did not have gel removal required when I came in; therefore, there was no reason to do more than buff them a bit The lamp they used for my hands kept burning me, and they tried to tell me I was fine. I had the same model lamp on my feet and it didn't burn, so I didn't appreciate them trying to act like I was crazy when it burnt. I have had more gel manicures than I can count and never has it burnt to where I yanked my hand out and said ouch, constantly! My gel on my big toes lifted and peeled off in the corners 4 days after they did them The ugly: Their prices are ridiculous for such a chaotic, hectic, turn and burn business model $100 to be burned, still have rough feet, and have the gel coming off almost immediately I called to schedule a repair since they have a warranty, and was told if I couldn't get in before the 7 days they couldn't do it. I am emailing a picture and had to speak to someone higher up because I am in another state and won't return until one day after their 7 day guarantee! After this repair, I will go back to the two places I used previously... Update: sitting in Polished now, absolutely raging because I asked to pay more to have the bad gels soaked off. The woman gave me some load of Sh!te excuse that she had to dremel it off because the gel is too hard to soak. Really? I always have mine soaked off if I haven't peeled it off. I was able to peel the bad gels off with my fingers if I wanted. Don't piss on my leg and tell me it is raining because you don't want to take them time to soak off which is the proper way to remove gels without damaging the nail bed. Almost walked out, when I do, I won't be back. Lied to me about burning me repeatedly and now lying to me about not being able to soak off gel!?
