  • My sister in law purchased a door from these folks and my wife loved it when she visited tucson last time. After checking with several door companies in Denver (where we live) we called Shane and got an estimate. The price was reasonable and the door could be shipped to us. We worked with a designer and while it took several designs to get it just right we got there. Our door is 9 feet tall so there was a lot of tweaking involved. Her patience and responsiveness was much appreciated. Within three or four weeks the door arrived (all 410 pounds of crate, door, glass and screen). It truly turned out perfect. The door is exactly what my wife wanted and she couldn't be happier. We drive by our house and she always says "Look at that beautiful door". Getting a little tired of that but "Happy wife, happy life". There were a couple of minor issues but they have been addressed to our satisfaction. In my opinion, the mark of a good company isn't whether they are perfect, but how they handle issues. The forks at FISD were always patient, professional and helpful. Their prices are very reasonable considering the quality of their products.
