Although I purchased my 2010 Transit Connect from Ford Country, I doubt I'll ever visit this place again. 3/24/2014 I spoke with a Service Advisor named Mika (or Mike Ah) to get an estimate for replacing a door lock actuator. Over THREE HOURS LATER, the genius hasn't even called me back. I guess Ford Country doesn't need or want my business!
Now, 6 hours later, some other guy called me back from Ford Country, said Mika had some kind of family emergency (true or BS?) but he still had no estimate for me. If I ran my business this way (need I say anymore).
