Customer service is horrible. Went there to change my account plan and no one told me that changing my plan would higher my balance and add fees for the proration. Rose the gm told me that $240 was all that I have to pay for my next cycle. I recently check my bill and I'm being charged 365. Went back to rose and she was like even tho I told u that you still have to pay the proration. I asked her why she didn't tell me this was going to happen while I was changing my plan. She was like we can continue to go back and forth but I'm not gonna do anything about it. She was like we can't calculate the proration until your bill gets processed. I called the Verizon support and the guy on the phone was like yes they were suppose to tell you that and they didn't also he said that they can calculate the proration. Now I'm stuck paying $365 for misinformation that wasn't provided by this facility.
