I appreciated the whole experience from start to finish. The dispatch was friendly and helpful. My service call was only $39 to diagnose the electrical issue I was having. If I decided to have them repair it and review the quote for said repair, the electricians have all the supplies in their van and the service call fee would be waived/included in repair price.
I received an email with the picture of my electrician, Dennis Parker. He was accompanied by an apprentice. They were right on time. Very professional and nice. I proceeded to show them the outlet that I was having issues with. After a series of questions and me showing them where my fuse box was, they went straight to work. Pretty straight-forward issue. They ran tests, replaced the entire outlet box. Ran tests again. They even ran a test on the transformer that needs to be plugged into that outlet to show me everything was good to go.
I also will have a couple of electrical outlets that will need to be installed at a later date. Dennis reviewed the areas with his apprentice and wrote up the quotes for me.
They asked if there were anything else they could assist with regarding my electrical items that needed repair. They were very thorough.
They accept all major forms of payment, credit cards, check, Amex. There is also a 10% military discount.
