  • Very poor management. I bought 2 monthly pass in March went to wash my car in April it wouldn't work they said my pass is expired but yet they charged me for it on April 5th. I went to wash my car today and they argued with me after I showed them the receipt on my credit card. Management doesn't care about their customers the only care about their money so I will be getting my money back on my card and I'll using Clean Freak from now on.
