I called several weeks in advance of my sons party to inquire about kids sized tables and chairs. I was told that they do have them but when I asked to reserve the rentals I was told to call the week prior. The Monday before - I called and made the reservation with no issues to be picked up Friday afternoon. I was on my way to pick them up when I received a call that there was apparently a "computer malfunction" and that they had over reserved the items and didn't have anything available to fulfill my reservation. When I asked why someone got priority over me they said that they went in order of whoever made the reservation first, which I feel like would have possibly been me had they been willing to take my reservation when I first called.
They finally offered me 2 alternate companies that *might* be able to help me out last minute. If they had offered a more concise solution for me (i.e.: calling said companies in advance to confirm they could indeed help me last minute) this review would be different. Thank goodness this was a small order that was easily handled last minute by a more responsible company.
