I wanted to take a moment to update my review. Within two days of the issue I was contacted by upper management. I really appreciated this effort. Especially since previously when we had issues no one ever bothered reaching out. It was explained to me that they're definitely working on customer service and acting on the proper protocol, as well as communication. I was also told that they are now under new management. I really hope to see improvement. I've decided that I will give this location another chance, thank you for reaching out Banfield! You're definitely lucky to have this new leader and I have complete confidence that she will improve this location.
