As if it is not clear by all the other reviews, steer clear away from this company. The water is fine, but their service is awful. In the six months I've been their customer, I've nothing but issues with them.
Billing - They tell you the cooler is $1 per month and then charge you $15 per month hoping you won't notice. It took several calls to get this resolved. I'm not the only one who has mentioned this and I certainly don't think its an accident.
Delivery - They delivered to me every two weeks pretty consistently, however the quantity that I'd be receiving was always a mystery. I was set up to get two bottles per delivery; sometimes I'd get no bottles, sometimes I'd get four. I called multiple times and tried setting it up on their website to try to get this figured out, but they really seem to struggle with this concept.
Cooler - After two units failed to do anything besides make noise, I gave up and started filling a pitcher that I'd put in my fridge to have cold water instead.
The last straw is when I ran out of water (because they didn't deliver the quantity they were supposed to) and I called every day for a week trying to get more delivered. Each time they promised the delivery driver would be there the next day, and he never showed up. I called to cancel my account (BTW they charge a $2 "energy fee" to pick up their own cooler & bottle) and went with Tahoe Spring Water instead.
