  • Could not have been better. I called and spoke to a gentleman who actually pulled up my house on Google Earth as we spoke. He gave me an accurate assessment of what it would take to remove an enormous pine tree that had pulled up the plumbing. He actually down sold his job and told me I didn't need what I was prepared to pay him for. He removed the tree, ground down the stump, cleaned up the mess, and left a spotless front yard. Then sent me an accurate reduced bill by email. No hassle, no demand for upfront payment, just excellent no fuss service.
