Had to have a diamond/earring reset in another basket setting and they placed it in another type of basket setting that was totally different and shorter than the original, why would you think a customer wouldn't notice? And if you didn't know the exact basket that the diamond came from you should've 1. Took note of it when brought into store 2. Ask to keep the broken one or 3. Call the customer and ask to bring it in. Why would you think a person would want two different settings? and when it was brought to your attention you said that was all you had (LIAR). I will never do business here EVER. You should've offered a discount on the over priced repair or offered to repair it in the right basket. Smh
