The staff is extremely unpleasant- one star experience because of that alone. The girl that helped us check out had a nasty attitude to say the least, forgot some of our items which we had to turn around and come back into the overcrowded store for, and she was planning on charging us for them. We drove an hour out of our way to get there. When we went back we asked to speak to a manager who was extremely hesitant to give us a 10% discount with an attitude to match the young girl helping us originally. I have yet to even try anything we bought because I am so off put by the quality of service. These could be the best macarons I've ever eaten, but they won't get my time or money again. Best bet I'm sending an angry email to the company.
