  • This review is for their pre-school/MMO. My little princess went to their pre-school for three years and I have to say that I was pretty happy with the way they gave attention, their individual care and their professionalism. The first year for her was a piece of cake, she enjoyed going to school, playing with her classmates and great teachers. I think she attended most of the school activities during holidays. She really enjoyed her first year at this pre-school. The second year was I would say a bumpy ride for her. She started in a new class since I was late in registering her for second year :( In first couple of weeks, one of the boy I think either pushed her or hit her so she didn't wanted to go to school. She really opened up to me the third day on following week. That's when I went to the school and ask her teacher for details. That's when the teacher also said yes, he hit her but that happens. I was so mad, I went to talk to the director and she was not there at a time so I wrote an email to her telling them that I do not accept this type of unprofessionalism from the teacher. If my child was hit, it is her and the school's responsibility to take action and let me know. So anyways, long story short.. the director was about to take charge and take care of that situation. I asked them to move my child to another class, and they did that for me. She was able to bond with the new teacher right away. The third year was I think pretty good for the most part. I had to work a different schedule for short time so I had to put my daughter in daycare for about two months because I couldn't get a ride for her after pre-school. The director was flexible enough with me to just enroll her for daycare just for two months and back to pre-school after. We did have one situation there when she was fed meat even though I told the teachers that she is vegetarian. I had to get the director involve again and it was corrected going forward. Once she was back to the pre-school, everything was back to normal. I think out of all three, she really enjoyed her third year of pre-school. She really bonded with Ms Sonya and Ms Crystal. I was really thankful to the director for her professionalism and flexibility. I would recommend this school to any parents.
