  • 5 stars for their new meatless burger. Holy deliciousness!! I have eaten at brgr a few times and gotten their falafel burger but it was always so dense that I had a hard time ever finishing one. Not the case today! The "impossible" burger is basically a seitan-esque burger that looks and tastes almost identical to a real burger. So close in fact, I looked at it and got scared. It was sooooo delicious and juicy. The inventors found the thing in meat that gives it it's color and texture and derived it. Anyway, I had it on the fire in the hole burger, which has guac, jalapeños, sriracha, pepper jack and chipotle aioli. It's spicy and perfect with this impossible burger. While you're there, check out the fries with truffle cheese wiz. Incredible taste! Also, this downtown location has the coolest interior. There's enormous chandeliers that look like they are made from shed antlers.
