  • What a huge disappointment this place was.... The restaurant is super cute and the staff are in their cute jammies. Everything on the menu sounded great, especially the ribeye steak breakfast, which is what I ordered.... I ordered my steak medium rare. It was raw. They seriously threw it on a grill then flipped it and threw it on a plate. The steak was still frozen!!!! My potatoes were like hay, super dry! Never got my toast. Finally after having my food for about 15-20 minutes my server checks on me.... She asks if everything is ok? I say no, my beef is still mooing. She says oh no, let me get you a new steak. She takes the steak and returns with my same steak!!!! Ummmmm, I thought you weren't supposed to put food back into a cooking kitchen after it's been dropped to a table....??? Gross! So you're telling me, other customers returned, contaminated food, has been on the same cooking surface that everyone else's food gets cooked on??? Disgusting. I wish I had something nice to say about this place. Oh wait, I do, my friend enjoyed her French toast. Luckily she shared so I had a few bites while our server was helping other tables. Oh and the good thing was they took my meal off the check!!!! Well almost my entire meal. I still had to pay for my coffee which I did not drink, because it tasted either old or too dark of a roast or something.... it just was gross. Poor management. They could give a hoot if any customers return.
