  • I called all day multiple times and never reached a live person. Left my contact info to set up a rental I would utilize at least twice a month over several days that would allow me to decide what Toyota to purchase, no one ever called me back, the whole day.... I will never rent or buy from these guys... poor customer service...should I say non-existant customer service?
