  • Do not use this inspector... my realtor said the owner is awesome, but the guy I got missed so many things.. He was obviously in a hurry (he told us that). I wanted to walk around with him (it's my first home) and he pretty much said no. He did explain some of his findings and said they would be cheap/easy fixes.... haha... nope.... During my walk-thru, we found a few issues that weren't in the inspection report... of course, they said they would look into it and never responded.. and I had 24hrs before I closed... now, I'm moved in and issues galore. There was an electrical issue in the master bathroom I questioned during the inspection which they said was normal... an electrician came out and quoted $1,000 to fix it... several outlets don't work, a toilet leaked everywhere once it was flushed.... The fridge gets cool, but not cold enough to store meat... you name it. Pay extra and get someone else or a 2nd opinion.
