Their patient appointments are booked on top of each other and care has always felt very rushed. Dr. Seitlin has taken care of me over the years and has always been professional and polite, though hurried. The last time I was there I was nicked in the gums several times by the hygienist. Though I'm sure it was an accident I was told in response that I was sensitive.
I was also stalling on a recommended root canal. Dr. Seitlin told me the tooth was "dead" and therefore did not need anesthesia for the root canal. This was determined by x-ray.
I went for a second opinion (as I am not in any pain) and two people (another dentist and one endodontist) confirmed the root nerves were testing as normal. Both did a cold test, which registered as normal on my "I'm-not-dead-yet" cracked tooth.
Please consider this review as a respectful recommendation to lighten your appointment bookings (perhaps charge for no-shows?) and spend more mindful time with patients.
