  • I had an emergency, I got Rick on the phone and explained my problem. I tried to get help from my Warranty Insurance but their customer service is horrible. Rick actually listened to my emergency request. He was willing to get his service man Jerry here within 30 minutes! This was a good lesson for me. Other YELP customers have rated this company poorly. For a business owner in Las Vegas to actually care and be considerate of my individual situation is hard to find. And, definitely a blessing for this pool owner. I will only use Alchemist Pool Service with or without my horrible Home Warranty Service contract!
