I had an eye exam. They had trouble with their computer system while I was checking out. I waited for about 15 minutes as I really wanted to order new contacts during the visit. They could not figure out the computer issue. They told me they would call me back once they had resolved the issue and since I had a work meeting I agreed. They did not. I called back a few weeks later and they said they remembered my case. They tried to retrieve my eye exam records so that I could order contacts but could not. I am now sitting here for my second eye exam. They are running 25 minutes behind. Sigh. I wish they could have better customer service.
