  • Very happy with their service and approach. I was shopping for a battery. One of the employees approached and asked if he could help. I told him that I needed a battery but his prices were too high. He asked if I'd seen the same battery elsewhere for less... I told him Sam's had the same battery (3 yr exchange warranty no pro-rate) for less. He said he'd match the price and give me the battery that had a 3 yr exchange plus and additional 2 yr prorate for the same price as Sam's. I agreed to buy and he had one of the guys take out my old battery, clean the battery brackets, clean the terminal leads and install the new battery. Can't beat that!
