  • PJ is phenomenal! We used her for our wedding this past June (2017) and could not be happier with how everything turned out! She is a joy to work with and is a very talented and passionate in what she does. We fell in love with so many of the flavors we sampled during our cake tasting that we decided to do a main cake and cupcakes. She made a delicious raspberry and lemon naked cake for us and then we did cupcakes in chocolate cake w/ chocolate mousse, pink champagne cake w/ white chocolate mousse, and almond cake with Bavarian cream. Everything was moist, flavorful, and fantastic. I kid you not, we love her so much we drove said wedding cake from Scottsdale to our destination wedding in San Diego. You will not go wrong in choosing PJ for anything you need! Literally all of our guests raved about how wonderful everything tasted; "this is the best wedding cake I've ever had" was basically the theme of the end of our night. :)
