| - I went in to print a simple shipping label, already knew I had to email it to them so I immediately did so once o walked to the counter, the girl -kayla or Kayle or katie- said she'd be right back. Another gentleman also came up to me and said she'd be right back to print it for me, I waited with no problem because I was in no rush. Once the girl finally she came back and said she can only take incoming and cant print anything. What does that even mean? She then directed me to the self serve computers which charged .30 a minute to use. So I quickly logged into my email and printed the shipping label which charged me $1.60, normally to print something its only .20 so I was upset that I had to spend more to do her job. Also, it only took me 56 seconds to print the paper, the computer kept track of how long I used it. Keep in mind I had to open the internet, log into my email, find the email, open it, open the attached shipping label, and then print it, all in 56 seconds. So this task would have taken her not even 15 seconds since she already had the email pulled up on the computer. Can't believe the customer service in a place that didn't have a single customer in it. I really hope the manager sees this and contacts me because that was outrageous and stupid. Why risk upsetting a customer over taking 10 seconds to print a paper? I won't be doing business with them anymore. I was in around 11:35 and the girl at the printing area was short and had light brown hair.
