  • The tone of the company's response speaks for itself. I simply stated was that it would've been nice to receive a phone call. We didn't request lie detector tests; we requested that they ask to see if the movers knew the watches' whereabouts. Without question, we had a much better experience with the four movers than we did with the company and THAT is the reason for the two stars. I'd give the four guys themselves five stars, but unfortunately that's not an option.
