  • if you value your clothes, your shoes, your bed coverings or your $500+ islamic prayer rug (that they insist on calling a "runner") please, please, please don't go here!!! i thought for sure that they lost my rug. they tell me it will be ready in three days... three days turned into a week... a week turned into two! then when i finally got the rug back it was still dirty! she told me that she went over it a second time there in the shop a few hours before i arrived as a "courtesy" since it wasn't done right. she never offered a refund and honestly, i was so happy to get this rug back that i didn't even care about the refund. this rug had sentimental value beyond belief (which i expressed over and over again). she asked me if the tassels on the rug were supposed to be white or brown and i said white she said "oh i didn't know." stay away... far far away! my husband has several shirts and business suits that he gets cleaned on a regular basis but unfortunately, they will never get his business!
