  • STAY AWAY FROM THESE BOZOS!!! These people cant even size a watch band! I'd give a negative star if I could! I brought in a brand new seiko watch to have the band sized. I waited the 20 minutes and came back and picked up my watch. I didn't get home before the band fell apart. A bunch of the pins fell out. Lucky the watch wasn't damaged by the band coming apart. I immediately took it back and the guy said "sorry, this never happens." WELL IT DOES!!! He proceeded to put in new pins beating my new watch with a hammer to drive in the pins. He says "try this." The pins were still sticking out! He beats it again. And gives it back. I inspect it more thoroughly and leave. I noticed on the way back to my car another pin coming out and he had damaged the band trying to drive the pins in. I return once again and ask for my money back. He gives me my money. So they have damaged my brand new watch, the pins are still sticking out and I'll have to pay to have the watch repaired. I really cannot describe the anger I have for this place. A new watch is supposed to be fun. Now I'm just filled with anger.
