  • They were efficient overall, friendly, competent and nice followup. They explained our air conditioning issue, came by earlier than initially scheduled because they were able to squeeze us in a day earlier, and then fixed the issue. No nonsense, on time. The only confusion on my part is that the scheduler said it was $40 for the initial visit to give an estimate but then charged $45. I didn't mention it but that was the only discrepancy. Had to refill our refrigerant due to a leak. I will definitely give them a call if I need them again.
