  • Rami will SAY that he will do anything and everything to get you to walk out with a phone. We purchased 2 LG G4 phones in August 2015. I was promised a free phone case, which I have gone back in over a dozen times to get. Each time the manager Rami told me that LG has not sent him the case I was promised. The REALLY alarming thing about Rami is he offered to fax to Sprint the documents for us to get employee discounts. I brought in pay stubs 6 different times and was told he "would definitely get on it" each time. It is now 5 months later and Sprint has never received those documents. Which makes me ask: Where are the copies of our paychecks with personal information? Floating around somewhere?
