Professionally and morally bankrupt business practices. They did not give me an item I purchased due to the employees error (she told me everything was in the bags she handed me so I left). I am not able to return to this store for 2-3 days and they told me to bad that I couldn't get a refund even with a receipt. Which is stealing. I had to point out that it was stealing. I repeat I had to point out that this was stealing and that stealing is suppose to be wrong not a business practice. Then they had to ask a manager to see if they can make special arrangements for me to get my $ back. I repeat. They had to see if they could find a way to do the professional, non-criminal action of returning my money the same week their employee didn't give me the item. Criminal business practices.
