| - This rating is way too high and way too late! Unfortunately, I had no car at the time and did not do my homework on these guys. I accidentally came upon this when it 'popped up' while doing another search, and I, with interest, read everyone else's low reviews!
My experience was in 2013, I forget the car salesperson, but he seemed to have the most stars on his sales board. He also seemed to be of Indian American decent...I could be wrong. Flashy typical sort of sales guy with very heavy cologne!!! Ugh. Well, we had an appointment a couple of days later about a Toyota Yaris I was interested in...mostly because it was in my price range, the right size, etc... I was concerned that day because I was running late from work even though I worked close by. I was thinking he would be busy with someone else and besides, being late for an appointment isn't great anyway. Once I got there, I was told he had a bad cold and called in for the day! Really??? Just Really??? So call your clients and let them know with your apologies! Or at the VERY least, have a co worker do it...but it really isn't their responsibility anyway. Anyway, I went back the next day, probably because I was told he would be back that day (which sounded fishy to me at the time, but oh well...). When I got there, he informed me that the Yaris got sold THAT day!! Just a few hours ago!!! I could NOT believe it!!! I was disappointed and mentioned that we had an appointment regarding this exact car, he didn't call to cancel our appointment due to his sickness, which, as I'm typing this, was probably fake anyway. He could have also showed the client a different car! He mentioned the client, a business woman, was in a car accident or her car just stopped working...something like that, and she immediately needed transportation! She wanted the Yaris! He wanted the sale, sounds like. She had the money right away. Well, I had money too...he just didn't want to wait for me. I think he sold the car the day of my appointment, BEFORE my appointment, got Clark, his associate to lie for him about his sickness, and lied to me the next day about the client coming in all of a sudden. Maybe I'm wrong, but most everyone else thinks these people are shady too. Needless to say, I did end up buying a car there. Still drive it today. Pretty nice Hyundai w a sunroof etc.. It had a small section on a door with a slightly darker paint job to which he gave some lame excuse for. For the price I didn't have too much to say, plus I needed a car. Months later my back window brake light went out. I went back to see if their mechanic would take care of it. They were gonna charge me 250$$$ I said forget it, I would find someone cheaper. They said no I wouldn't! Well guess what? I got a less than 20$ part at Advance Auto and the man put the part in for free! Auto Mall was also gonna rip me off on windshield wipers I needed. I also got them cheaper at Advanced Auto, and my fiancé put them on! Oh and guess what? One of the other workers there informed me that my car door looked the way it did bc it was involved in a drive by and was bought at an auction!!! OMG!!! NO stars seriously!!!
