We made the appointment weeks ago b cause we were only going to be in town a couple of days and needed a clogged toilet fixed in our condo.
The condo HOA already had a plumber come out and diagnose the issue. We called Second Opinion the delay before they came out to tell them what the other plumber said and what the tech would need to bring.
Waited around all day for someone to show up with a clipboard and no tools. The office hadn't told him anything. He didn't bring anything. He said he was here to look at the problem and take some notes. I protested as we were only in town for a couple of days. He called his supervisor. Supervisor said "sorry...it doesn't look like we are going to be able to help you" and they left me an invoice for $75 for 90 seconds of saying "hmmm. I'll have to call my supervisor."
What a joke of a company
Here is an update: we called the home warranty company & told them what happened. They sent another company, Ideal Services put in less than 2 hours. They worked for several hours and fixed the problem.
